La Poudre – Épisode Bonus – Fashion Revolution

In this bonus episode recorded on April 22, 2017 during the “Fashion Revolution” day, organized in tribute to the victims of the collapse of Rana Plaza, in Bangladesh, on April 24, 2013, Lauren Bastide gives her microphone to 4 women activist daily for a fashion industry that is more respectful of human rights and the environment: Anaïs Dautais, Laura Brown, Nayla Ajaltouni and Stéphanie Calvino.

Installed on the banks of the Canal Saint-Martin, they successively tell their feelings after having learned the collapse of Rana Plaza, April 24, 2013: Laura (06:19), Anaïs (08:18), Stephanie (11:50), and Nayla (15:14). They denounce the false promise of globalization (20:59), enumerate the ecological problems that are related to fast-fashion (21:33), and the paths to follow to consume responsibly (25:25).
